V15 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Guide

1 Acceptance of Terms and Account Entry

By registering an account or using any part of the v15 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are not permitted to use the v15 platform.

Account registration is open to individuals aged 18 and above who are Malaysian citizens or lawful residents. v15 reserves the right to reject registration applications or close accounts that do not meet these eligibility requirements. Each user is permitted only one active account at any time. Any attempt to create multiple accounts may result in all associated accounts being suspended without warning.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. v15 is not responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate information provided by users.

2 User Responsibilities and Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, including your username and password. v15 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel.

You are fully responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the v15 support team immediately via email at [email protected].

• Users are prohibited from sharing their login credentials with any other party.
• Users are prohibited from using automation software, bots, or any unauthorised methods to access the platform.
• Any attempt to manipulate the system, cheat, or exploit vulnerabilities in the platform is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
• Users are responsible for ensuring that the devices they use have adequate security protection in place.

3 Platform Usage Rules

The v15 platform is provided solely for the personal entertainment of eligible users. You agree to use the platform in accordance with applicable Malaysian law and not to use it for any unlawful or unethical purpose.

Specifically prohibited actions include:

• Using the platform for money laundering or financing any illegal activities.
• Abusing promotions or bonuses in a manner that contravenes the stipulated terms and conditions.
• Disrupting the operation of the platform or other users through any technical or non-technical means.
• Disclosing or republishing platform content without prior written consent from v15.
• Impersonating v15 staff or misrepresenting your identity to other users.

4 Payments, Transactions and Currency

All transactions on the v15 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via supported payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and approved local bank transfers.

Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment details provided are accurate and valid. v15 is not liable for any transaction delays or failures caused by incorrect information submitted by the user or issues on the part of third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the v15 account. Identity verification (KYC) may be required before a first withdrawal can be approved. v15 reserves the right to hold or cancel any withdrawal that raises reasonable suspicion of fraud or a breach of terms.

Transaction fees, minimum deposit and withdrawal limits, and processing times are subject to change and will be communicated to users via the platform when such changes occur.

5 Account Policy, Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property

Account Suspension and Closure: v15 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time in the event of a breach of terms, suspected fraud, or at the user's own request. Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach are not entitled to claim any funds associated with the offending activity.

Limitation of Liability: v15 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions, data loss, or financial losses resulting from game outcomes.

Intellectual Property: All content on the v15 platform — including logos, brand names, interface design, text, and software code — is the property of v15 and protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users may not copy, distribute, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Third-Party Links: The v15 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. v15 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.

6 Changes to Terms and Governing Law

V15 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

You are encouraged to review this page periodically for the latest updates. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure through our support channels.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of the v15 platform shall be resolved through the appropriate Malaysian courts.
